Your booking secures full private access to our custom styled white greenhouse. During active blooming windows (typically summer/early fall), renters enjoy full complimentary access to shoot within our 60-foot vibrant flower rows at no extra charge. Cut flower availability is subject to seasonal frost and farming rotations. 📐 The Space Details: * Boutique Greenhouse: 9’ x 14’ of completely open, usable floor space. * Interior Styling: Crisp white framing, a 10-foot overhead flowing sheer canopy, adjustable lace window backdrops, vintage Persian rugs, and raw brass lanterns. * Exterior Features: Symmetrical entrance lighting and lush surrounding greenery. * The Seasonal Flower Field: 60-foot rows of towering zinnias, sunflowers, and vibrant blooms perfect for lens compression and dramatic backlit golden hour flares. ⛺ Off-Grid Studio Logistics: To keep our farm peaceful and authentic, we operate as a fully off-grid daylight studio. Please note the following site amenities to help prep your clients: * Pure Natural Light: No electrical outlets are available on site (perfect for natural light shooters; hair/makeup must be 100% complete before arrival). * Restrooms: To protect residential privacy, there are no public restrooms on site. Please instruct your clients to utilize facilities before arriving for their slot. * Insurance: A Certificate of Insurance (COI) will be required for all commercial bookings. $85/hour. 1-hour minimum. Sessions available mid-May through November (weather permitting).
